Davis Bay Elementary campus houses three distinct school programs: our traditional mainstream classes, the Nature Education for Sustainable Todays and Tomorrows (NEST), and Students Participating in Distance Education Resources (SPIDER K-9). Together these programs enjoy the learning environment that is the Davis Bay Elementary School campus and its beautiful natural surroundings.
We are officially designated as a Wild B.C. Science in Action school with an ecosystems theme. Due to our rich natural surroundings, it is not surprising to learn that Davis Bay Elementary has environmental education and related science learning opportunities at the centre of our programming and learning.
At Davis Bay we value the participation of parents as part of our learning community inside and outside the classroom, on field trips, and as part of the Community Reader Program. We have an active Parent Advisory Council and Community program that supports our school through Breakfast for Kids, Roots of Empathy, leadership clubs, movie & games night, and various fundraising activities.
There are many ways to keep up with what is happening at Davis Bay Elementary - check out the various links. If you cannot find what you are looking for please contact the school directly at 604-885-9523.

Our grade 6/7 Tugs attended the District Basketball Team and after some great spirit and cooperative play they were able to win the final and bring home the C Flight Trophy. Way to go Tugs. A huge thank you to Christine Hansen our intrepid Tugs Coach.
